Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return or exchange your product purchased online via our free return system.

Shop with Confidence! We have changed our return period, so you have 30 days from the date of order delivery to return goods to Triumph. Have confidence that regardless of how long it takes your order to reach you, you will have 30 days from the day you receive it, to return it for refund/exchange.

Simply complete the returns form (record your order number as proof of purchase) and post it back with your goods, to our online returns team.

Please note:

  • We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided when returning your goods.
  • Original freight charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.
  • We accept returns for both full-priced and sale garments.
  • If you are unsure about returning your garment, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0508 415 415, we will be more than happy to help you out!

How can I return garments?

We offer a FREE RETURN.

To receive a free return label, please email your request and order number to returns.nz@triumph.com or contact us on 0508 415 415.

Simply download a new return form here to complete and enclose in your parcel, and secure your return label to the front of the package before dropping it off at your local post office/depot.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date on which we receive the returned garments. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your refund. Any refunds will be made to the original payment method when you placed your order.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE RATHER THAN REFUND?

We can certainly exchange a garment for you provided you want to exchange for the same style, just different colour/size. The value of the garment you wish to change to, needs also to be the same as the one you are returning.
If you want to exchange to an item not meeting those criteria, then we will raise a refund to your original method of payment account, leaving you free to re-purchase from the online shopping site at your leisure.
As soon as we have dispatched your exchange, you will receive a confirmation email from Australia Post providing you with the new tracking number.

PROMOTION CODES AND DISCOUNTS

If you decide to return an order that has been purchased using a promo code, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the promo code. This means that if the garments returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend, then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, a $20 discount (with a minimum spend of $75 will be removed if the returned garment(s) bring the total order value below $75.
