RETURN POLICY

FREE & EASY 30 DAY ONLINE RETURNS

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, or perhaps you've just changed your mind, simply return your garments to our online store, in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Original condition includes that items are unused and returned free of deodorant, make-up and tan marks.

Sale items may also be returned for exchange or refund, provided they are not marked FINAL SALE on the product image/page.

We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.

HOW CAN I RETURN GARMENTS?

We offer FREE RETURNS! All you need is a free return label and a copy of the return form.

To receive a free return label, please email your request and order number to returns.nz@triumph.com or contact us on 0508 415 415.

A return form should be enclosed with your order. However if you do not have a copy, simply download a new return form here to complete and enclose in your parcel. Proof of purchase must be provided when returning your goods, so please ensure you record your order number on the form (e.g., #0000).

Once you have received your return label, secure it to the front of the package before dropping it off at your local post office/depot.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date on which we receive the returned garments. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your refund. Any refunds will be made to the original payment method when you placed your order.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

If you decide to return an order that has been purchased using a promo code, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the promo code. This means that if the garments returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend, then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, a $10 discount (with a minimum spend of $75) will be removed if the returned garment(s) bring the total order value below $75.

Original freight charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE RATHER THAN REFUND?

We can certainly exchange a garment for you provided you want to exchange for the same style, just different colour/size. The value of the garment you wish to change to must be the same as the one you are returning.

If you want to exchange to an item not meeting those criteria, then we will raise a refund to your original method of payment account, leaving you free to re-purchase from the online shopping site at your leisure.

As soon as we have dispatched your exchange, you will receive an email from Starshipit providing you with the new Aus/NZ Post tracking number.
