GIFT CARDS
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply egift cards listed on our website nz.triumph.com (the "Site") to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any egift cards from our Site. You should understand that by ordering this product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GIFT CARD TERMS
eGift Cards are issued by Triumph New Zealand and are redeemable for merchandise only. The balance left on an eGift Card will not be returned to a customer in the form of cash. eGift Cards may not be returned, applied to previously purchased merchandise, or used to buy another gift card. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
eGift Cards should be treated like cash: if lost, stolen or destroyed, it is at Triumph New Zealand's discretion to replace it if you provide the card number and proof of purchase. A replacement card will be the value of the eGift Card remaining balance at the time Triumph New Zealand processes your request. An eGift Card has a 3-year expiration from the date it was purchased.
GIFT CARD FAQs
Digital eGift Cards purchased on this site are redeemable online, only at nz.triumph.com. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed in department stores or any other third party websites Triumph Lingerie may be sold on. eGift cards purchased via our international Triumph websites may only be used on the website of purchase (e.g., a Triumph Australia eGift Card may only be redeemed on au.triumph.com). eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be used to purchase another eGift Card.
An order confirmation will be received upon purchasing your gift card, which will be sent to the buyer’s email address. An email containing the eGift Card details will be sent to the buyer’s email address separately, within 30 minutes of purchase. This may be printed out or forwarded onto the giftee via email.
Redeeming your Digital eGift Card online is simple. There is no need to register online, just enter the 16-digit card number at the checkout, in the Promotional Code Box.
Yes, you can redeem more than one gift card at the checkout. Simply type and submit each gift card number, one at a time.
No, our gift cards are digital and will be delivered via email. You are welcome to print the gift card information out to present to the giftee,or simply forward the gift card email to them.
