All you will need to have ready is a tape measure, mobile or computer with internet connection and 30 minutes of your time!

We are all working remotely from time-to-time, and we value our customer privacy. We have measures in place to provide a safe, secure and private service. Alexis has a private room set-up to offer the one-on-one private consultation for no interruptions. You can choose to turn video off, and although its a video fitting, you do not need to show Eleanor your bra.

We currently offer a schedule of times Tuesday to Thursday between 11am - 4pm NZST. We will look to extend this in the future. Each appointment is blocked for 30mins. We will give you the instructions and private link to access the Zoom platform. You don't need to download or install anything, all you will need is an Internet connection.

If you are under 18 and would like to book a virtual fitting, please make sure that you have a guardian or parent present.

We offer this service as a complimentary service, like we do in our physical stores. Our aim is to help you find the right style and size for you.

Please note that our online fitting consultation service is currently only available if you live in New Zealand or Australia.
